''I have been using essential oils for 15 months now. I had a sinus problem due to the environment and I was using allergy pills and nose sprays every day. I was barely able to stop using them for a month or so per year. it took me 3 months to resolve my sinus problem with essential oils. At first, it was hard not to go back to medication, but with dedication, I persevered and it paid off. I don't wake up with headaches in the morning like I used to. I also made some blends for anxiety and one that help me to relax just before bedtime.''Lisette Laurenzi

Essential oils have been a solid part of my life for a little over three years now. A Cheers roller is always on me, near me or in my purse. The smell instantly perks me up when I work or drive and I love it as a perfume. A peppermint roller is also nearby as I used to suffer from monthly migraines. Luckily, I do not have them as often but when I do, applying the peppermint on my forehead, on the back of my neck and around my ear (migraine side) helps to alleviate the pain. It also acts as a coolant and clears my sinuses. Lavender is another favorite oil of mine. The smell calms me down and diffusing it at night before bed is now a routine while watching a show. My husband, the guy who would scoff at my oil obsession, started asking for me to diffuse any oil pertaining to trees at night. This said, Arborvitae, Douglas Fir, Cedarwood, Sandalwood etc became my nightly go-tos in my diffuser. He now loves them too! Sometimes, I add Lavender. In the winter, I often add Breathe, Spearmint or Wintergreen to my tree mix. It is hard not to mention all the other oils I love and use but these are some of my favorites."Francine Lacey
